On-line Purchasing Terms

Here are the terms that govern our relationship during the purchasing process up to the point when you enter into a legally binding contract with us to purchase a product. Please read these terms carefully before completing a web site purchase.

Our main trading address is The Coach House, Hexgreave Estate, Farnsfield, Nottinghamshire, United Kingdom, NG22 8LS.

Contract Creation

The technical steps required to create a contract between you and us for the purchase of a product are as follows:

1) We require you to create an account at our web site, providing at least your full name, email address, and country.

2) You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the website. As part of the checkout process you will be required to agree to these purchasing terms in order to complete your purchase.

3) Before completing the checkout process you will be provided with a summary of your order and the related fees payable. Please check this summary carefully before proceeding to pay for the order.

4) Once your payment has been successfully processed by our online payment portal, you will immediately be provided with ‘Activation Codes’ for your software via a web page that confirms your successful order. You will also receive an email receipt also containing your activation codes.

5) The completion of the contract between you and Lightmap Limited for the purchase of the product will take place when an ‘Activation Code’ has been used, where upon a software license is created and delivered.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

ONCE AN ‘ACTIVATION CODE’ HAS BEEN USED AND A SOFTWARE LICENSES REDEEMED, YOU WILL HAVE NO RIGHT TO CANCEL OR WITHDRAW FROM YOUR ORDER AND ANY PAYMENT MADE SHALL BE NON-REFUNDABLE.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO APPLY CHARGES IF WE NEED TO MAKE A REFUND PAYMENT TO YOU.

Our contract will be concluded in English only.
