Lightmap is delighted to be attending Total Chaos again this year – 16th to 18th May at Sofia, Bulgaria. The event is back for its second year and already looks bigger and better than last time. Find out more about Total Chaos here: www.chaosgroup.com/total-chaos
Mark Segasby and Simon C. Smith, the co-founders of Lightmap will be at the event. We had an amazing time last year - meeting our existing users and gaining some new ones too.
This year we have 2 x 40-minute demonstrations for you to come and see:
Creative Lighting with HDR Light Studio
Friday May 17th – 11:00am – 11:50am
This demonstration is for newcomers to HDR Light Studio. Mark will provide an overview of the basic concepts, interface and features within HDR Light Studio. He will show also the workflow of using HDR Light Studio via a live connection. You will learn how interactive image based lighting provides a creative and rewarding approach to lighting CG shots – whilst providing precise control and producing a high quality final result.
Composites come to HDR Light Studio
Saturday May 18th – 10:50am – 11:40am
In this demonstration, Mark will demonstrate Composites, a major new feature in the next release – HDR Light Studio ‘Tungsten’. At their simplest, Composites allow grouping of lights. But they offer so much more - allowing new effects and controls that were simply not possible in HDR Light Studio before. Both new and existing users of HDR Light Studio will enjoy learning the possibilities Composites can offer.
