Houdini - Plug-in Released

Available today - Houdini plugin updated (Build 2026.0518)

We've released an updated Houdini plugin supporting version 19.5 and higher. This is a bug fix release, including several important fixes across Arnold, Redshift and Octane, making for a smoother, more reliable experience.

Bug Fixes for Houdini 19.5 and higher.

Fixed load warnings when reopening a Houdini scene lit using HDR Light Studio.

Redshift: Alpha support added to area light textures.

Arnold: Camera visibility settings in HDR Light Studio, now honoured.

Octane: Resolved area light issues in Octane versions prior to 2025, now working correctly with alpha support. Fixed an issue where an additional area light was created when restarting the connection.
